This project is for the purposes of the management of the database building and the policy implementation. The program has been operated for the follows: 1.According to the inspection results of all the 484 monitoring wells, 24 monitoring wells were maintained, and 20 monitoring wells were repaired. The 48 well conditions of the monitoring wells were evaluated and the internal function have been checked., and according to the results of the well conditions, 41 regional or field-based monitoring wells were re-completed and 7 monitoring wells were excluded foreign materials. One monitoring well has been sealed. 2.6 gas stations on-site inspection have been completed, and their soil gas monitoring well have been checked. 3.According to Articles 8 and 9 of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Law, 1 pollution potential site had test about the concentration of 8 heavy metals in soil. The data shows that Hg was higher than the Soil Pollution Monitoring Standards. 4.5 pollution sites improvement completion verification have been operated. The chemical analysis of one site showed that the concentration of 8 heavy metals in soil was higher than the Soil Pollution Monitoring Standards. And other 4 sites showed that the concentration of 8 heavy metals in soil was lower than the Soil Pollution Control Standards. 5.4 groundwater pollution sites to monitoring the chlorinated solvent test results were lower than Groundwater Pollution Monitoring Standards. It must be keep monitoring. 6.3 factories were implement pollution prevention, l was finished improvement and others need to keep improve the factories environment. 7.Agricultural land pollution prevention to monitoring 10 sites, the concentration of 8 heavy metals in soi, 1site soil test result the Hg was higher than the Soil Pollution Monitoring Standards(for agricultural). Other 9 sites 8 heavy metals in soil was lower than the Soil Pollution Control Standards (for agricultural). 8.10 "School Storytelling" activities and drawing competition for elementary students were held. 9.There were 2 emergency response case the chemical analysis of soil and groundwater results were lower than the Soil and groundwater Pollution Control Standards. 10.6 aggressive results news have published about the soil and groundwater protection.
